Swedishberries.se can ship orders worldwide; however we cannot ship to P.O boxes. 

All online deliveries leave by registered mail from the Hong Kong stock holding unit. Delivery time varies depending on end destination.
We ship your order within 48 hours (weekdays) and will depending on destination take around 7-14 days till end destination. For faster service please note that a courier can be arranged upon request. If courier is desired, please contact us directly by email.

Shipment by registered mail within Hong Kong  and worldwide is free. 

International duties and tariffs may apply and vary depending on each country's import customs regulations. Please note that the buyer would be responsible for any costs incurred due to any customs or duty charges at the end destination. Each country has laws and customs requirements for clearance of imported goods. Depending upon the rules and regulations of your country, you may be required to clear the package with your Customs Department, as well as pay any import duties, taxes and broker fees related to your order. These charges are determined by each individual country and swedishberries.se is not able to assess these charges prior to delivery. Additionally, customs clearance procedures may delay the original estimated delivery date. If you have questions about import laws for your country, please contact your local customs office for more information.

We send out an order confirmation via e-mail after you place your order. Your receipt will be packed with your shipment and we recommend you to save the receipt.

Within Hong Kong and worldwide: no freight cost for orders for registered mail.

Changing to courier service will incur costs. Please contact us and we will feedback with information as soon as possible.

Web returns and exchanges:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time 14 working days from the day after receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in impeccable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags attached. Goods should be returned together with the return slip and the invoice/receipt or a copy of the same.

When we have received and registered your returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 30 days upon confirmed receipt of the goods less shipping charges.
Please take note that the buyer is responsible for any cost incurred and the risk taken on in regards to returning of the goods.

Damaged or faulty goods

If the product you receive is damaged or faulty, we will replace the item in question without delay.

Defective goods/Complaint

Our jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months.
In addition to our guarantee and according to the Consumer Purchases Act, your right to complain expires three years after purchase. The product has a guarantee period shorter than three years, but this does not shorten the complaint period according to the act. The difference is when the warranty expires, the customer must prove that the fault existed from the beginning.

You must inform the seller of the fault “within a reasonable amount of time” after its discovery and the timing should not exceed one month.

At the time of complaint, we offer a new piece /pair of identical, or if not available, equivalent, item.
